For perfect care of your cutlery, and especially your knives, please note the following tips and instructions:
- Avoid letting any type of food, particularly acidic foods, dry on the blades
- Rinse the knife blades before placing them in the dishwasher
- After removing them from the dishwasher, dry the blades with a clean cloth
- If oxidation stains appear after washing, use white vinegar to remove them
- It is best to place cutlery in the dishwasher with the handles facing upwards to prevent limescale buildup
- Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh detergents
- Avoid using lemon-based and chlorine-based products simultaneously
