The Kappa Series are hand-forged from a single piece of chromium-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel and then finished in more than 30 subsequent manual work steps. They are stainless steel, ice-hardened and dishwasher safe, and their all-metal design gives them a unique weight distribution and balance.
